| Darren McRonald |
|
| Chef Darren McRonald's professional cooking career has already spanned 20
years, living and cooking in a variety of places both in and outside the
United States. He has cooked extensively in a number of America's finest
restaurant kitchens, including Table 29 in Napa, Chez Panisse in Berkeley,
Le Cirque, Nick & Toni's and Eli Zabar's Across the Street in New York City.
He has worked as a private chef and operated his own restaurant, The
Tinhorn, in Millbrook, New York. Most recently he was the chef at the

| Lynn McCarthy, Hopmonk Tavern |
|
Lynn McCarthy started her culinary career at an early age on the East Coast
in Washington, D.C., and in Lyon, France, then headed to San Francisco to
start her own catering business. The wild west came calling and a move to
Sun Valley, Idaho gave Lynn the opportunity to open and run her successful
Cottonwood Restaurant, Catering, Wholesale Food and Cooking School. After
moving out of Idaho, Lynn spent a few years designing and producing
high-profile VIP and music events for a sports marketing group. Lynn has
returned to the Bay Area to join forces with Dean Biersch to open the
Hopmonk Tavern in Sebastopol. Their mutual goal is to build a beer-centric
business that redefines tavern food experience in the wine country. The
menu at Hopmonk is seasonal and focuses on beer friendly food meant to be
shared in a casual environment for a reasonable price.
